Omar Daoud is the Owner of Flooring and Countertops Plus, a premier residential and commercial surfacing company based in Beaumont, Texas. With over 20 years of hands-on experience, Omar has established the business as a trusted regional leader in quality flooring, countertops, and complete home remodeling. Under his direction, the business has grown to feature the largest countertop slab selection in Southeast Texas, serving homeowners, fabricators, installers, and general contractors across the region.

Omar’s approach to business centers on sourcing top-grade materials directly for his clients and delivering reliable, high-end craftsmanship. His passion for quality extends far beyond the local showroom—he frequently travels the world to find the best stone and tile products for his customers. Outside of managing daily operations at Flooring and Countertops Plus, Omar is a devoted family man, married with children, who takes pride in serving the local Southeast Texas community.

Previous Experience/History

Omar began his career in the surfacing and remodeling industry over two decades ago, building his business around quality materials and honest service. Since founding Flooring and Countertops Plus in 2003, he has guided its growth from a local supplier into Southeast Texas's destination for stone slabs and home renovations. Over his 20+ years of experience, he has developed deep expertise across all aspects of hard-surface selection, fabrication logistics, and full-scope home remodeling.

A major milestone in Omar’s career history includes building and expanding the largest slab yard in Southeast Texas. By maintaining an extensive inventory of full-sized slabs on-site, he has made it possible for local homeowners, general contractors, and trade fabricators to inspect and choose their exact materials in person before installation.
